Use of the Service

You may use the Service solely for lawful internal business purposes related to Material Test Report (MTR) processing, validation, and compliance workflows. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Not share your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content Ownership

Specifications and Standards

You are responsible for ensuring that any specification or standard you upload or use is appropriately licensed or owned. The Service may assist in validation, but you remain solely responsible for final compliance decisions.

Human-in-the-Loop Validation

AI-generated results are meant to support—not replace—qualified human review. Users must confirm or override suggested values as needed before finalizing records.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Your use of the Service is subject to your selected subscription tier (e.g., Free, Pro, Enterprise). Details of each plan, including features and limitations, are outlined on our pricing page. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Errors, omissions, or delays in processing or reporting
• Inaccurate or incomplete validation outcomes
• Misuse or misinterpretation of data

You agree to use the Service at your own risk and acknowledge that final decision-making, data verification, and regulatory compliance are your sole responsibility.

You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aekam AI and its affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

• Your content or use of the Service
• Any breach of these Terms
• Any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

Aekam AI does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. The Service is a tool to assist in document processing and data validation but is not a substitute for professional judgment or qualified compliance personnel. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness and accuracy of the results for your specific use case.

9.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet failures, governmental actions, labor disputes, or natural disasters.
